Cost-effective and well-established aseptic plant tissue culture techniques are routinely used for the isolation and micro propagation of plant species that are of direct interest to customers. Scientists at CSCB Tissue Culture center periodically examine the quality and production of plantlets. CSCB Tissue Culture Center consists of several Growth Rooms, Green Houses, Shade Houses which are meticulously nurtured by trained technical staff and closely monitored by experienced scientists.
All the plantlets go through phytopathological testing before being transferred to the farmers field. Besides production, initial efforts are being made for the isolation of superior germplasm for each plant species, which is maintained for long-term applications.
